Trygg data is excited to announce that the company is strengthening its role as a leading distributor in the IT-Security sector through the recruitment of new personnel, which will be the foundation for increased growth in the future.

Trond Arne Kongsli starts as the new General Manager of Trygg data from the 4^th of January. Trond Arne has a technical background from the University of Tromsø and brings extensive experience in sales and management from several  IT companies, such as Alcatel and Telenor. During the last seven years, Trond Arne, in his role as General Manager, has been involved with the establishment and development of Bredbåndsfylket Troms AS and Pronea AS, companies that have built broadband infrastructure and fiber based triple play services in North Norway.

Egil Løseth now becomes chairman of the board and will concentrate on sales and customer relations. Egil Løseth is one of the most experienced people in Norway within the IT security sector through seventeen years experience. We’re extremely pleased that Egil will continue his work with the company.

Hans Sandsdalen starts as the new support manager from the 4^th January and Simon Orchard moves from pre-sales to Chief Technical Officer.

The company has also recruited an office manager who will be based at our Tromsø head office. Wenche Stokkan joins us around the end of Q1 and will help create a more efficient sales focused organization.

In addition, Trygg data is recruiting two new sellers to the Oslo office and possibly one to Tromsø.

All this will allow Trygg Data to be an even better, more efficient partner to our customers and suppliers.
